Use of the Platform
You agree to use VitalGo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the platform's intended healthcare and operational workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your sign-in credentials.
Accounts and Access
Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, or violations of these terms.
Some features may be limited based on role, verification status, invitation status, or clinical review requirements.
Clinical Use Disclaimer
VitalGo supports monitoring, coordination, and communication. It does not replace emergency services, direct medical diagnosis, or independent professional judgment.
Users should seek appropriate emergency care when urgent medical attention is required.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as the platform evolves. We also may make operational changes required for safety, compliance, or reliability.
Intellectual Property
The VitalGo platform, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of VitalGo or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
